Refund Policy

MyB2B Inc. — Session Flow EURUSD  |  Effective Date: May 2026

Overview

MyB2B Inc. sells digital access to the Session Flow EURUSD Premium TradingView indicator. Because access is delivered electronically and cannot be returned, our refund policy is limited. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.

No Refunds After Access is Granted

Once TradingView access has been granted to your username, the purchase is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued. This applies regardless of whether you have actively used the indicator.

Refund Eligible: Failed Delivery

If TradingView access was not successfully granted within two business days of purchase, and this failure was caused by an error on our end (not an incorrect username provided at checkout), you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund under this condition, email TradingView@MyB2B.ca with your order number and TradingView username within 7 days of purchase.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before your renewal date using the billing portal link in your original receipt email. Refunds will not be issued for renewal charges that occurred because a cancellation request was not submitted before the billing date.

Wrong Username at Checkout

If you entered an incorrect TradingView username at checkout and access was granted to the wrong account, contact us immediately at TradingView@MyB2B.ca. We will correct the username at our discretion. This does not entitle you to a refund.

Roadmap Products

MT4 and MT5 indicator versions are work in progress and may have separate terms or pricing when released.

Discretionary Exceptions

MyB2B reserves the right to issue a goodwill refund at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. The existence of this provision does not create an obligation to do so.
